Cannibal Gang 'Made Meat Pies, Burgers And All Sort Of Pastries Out Of Victims' Flesh' ... Ewwww

Isabel Cristina Torreão Pires da Silveira, 51, was known in Garanhuns, a rural area of Pernambuco, for the tasty snacks she sold in the streets. She was arrested on Wednesday and told the police she used human meat to stuff her pies.
In her statement to the State Police, recorded on videotape, she said she also sold the snacks in hospitals and police stations. "I even sold one to you," she told one of the officers.
In one of the videos, she said she used just "a little" human meat. "I used just some bits, mostly in sauce."
Silveira was part of a three-party group suspected of killing, quartering, eating and burying at least three women. But the state police believe eight other people may have been killed by the group.
Garanhuns Police Commander Democrito de Oliveira told a news conference the suspects had confessed to eating their victims’ flesh, and that one of the female suspects said she had used the flesh for making empanada pasties which she sold in the town. (JUAN MABROMATA/AFP/Getty Images)

The next victim would have been an 18 year-old girl from Lagoa do Ouro (274 kilometers from Recife). Her name was in a diary seized in the suspects' house, - her name was not disclosed.
The remains of the bodies of Alexandra Falcão, 20, and Giselly Helena da Silva, 31, who had been missing as of this year, were found in graves in the group's yard.
Besides Isabel, her husband Jorge Negromonte da Silveira, 51, and his mistress Bruna Cristina Oliveira da Silva, 25, were arrested.
A five-year old girl who lived with them told the police about the murders. After that, Isabel showed where the bodies were. The child is likely to be the daughter of Jéssica, 17, allegedly killed by the group in 2008 in Olinda (PE).
BOOK
Jéssica's murder was allegedly told in details in the book "Revelações de um esquizofrênico" [Revelations of a schizophrenic], written by Jorge in 2009 and registered in the Notary Public in March 2009.
The police say all three were guided by a voice that pointed out women that "were no good."
The house where the group lived was looted and burned two days ago. Many documents were destroyed, but neighbors saved some papers and recordings. Folha had access to some of them. There is a video in which Jorge pretends to pull out and eat his wife's eyes.
The police say the suspects do not have a lawyer yet.
