50 CENT has threatened to leave Twitter.
The rapper is known for using the social networking site to talk to fans and post controversial messages.
However, the 37-year-old has now claimed he gets “attacked” via tweets.
“I get attacked all day on here,” the star wrote following a message from a fan asking him why he was so “rude” on Twitter.
“I'm leaving twitter soon you guys are going to have to find another way to get followers (sic),” he posted shortly after.
50 recently used the social networking website to fuel a dispute between himself and fellow rapper French Montana.
The feud started last week, when French told Complex.com that he questioned whether 50 could still be the rap juggernaut he once was.
"I herd there was a @frenchmontana listening party at Interscope so I'm here (sic),” 50 sarcastically tweeted in response.
Since threatening to leave the site, the rapper has posted to say he will only read and retweet messages that endorse his headphone brand SMS Audio or his Street King album.
